PRACTICE NOTES
From time to time the Refugee Status Appeals Authority (RSAA) issues Practice Notes which set out its practice and procedures. The Practice Notes are designed to provide guidance to those practising in this area and who appear before the RSAA.
For ease of reference, the RSAA generally publishes Practice Notes which consolidate all existing practices and procedures into one document. Current practices and procedures are to be found in Practice Note 1/2008, which superseded Practice Note 1/2004.
